Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your location is available at checkout, delivery is supported.
If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

Processing (Handling) Time
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time (Transit)
  • After processing, the typical delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs delays, or weather conditions.
Shipping Fees
  • Flat rate worldwide: US$4.99  per order (automatically adjusted by region).
  • Free shipping may apply for promotional events or minimum-order thresholds (if stated on-site).
Taxes

All prices on our website include applicable local taxes or VAT where required.
No additional tax will be added at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking link or email will be sent automatically.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy & Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing the order.
If you need to update the address and your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@esdeepee.com.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned by the carrier.

Undeliverable / Delivery Attempts

If a parcel is returned as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, unclaimed package), we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Reship costs may apply. If you prefer a refund, the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office.
For damaged or missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist you.
