1) About These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of esdeepee.com and any purchase you make from our store. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Shipping and Return & Refund policies.

2) Service Area (USA Only)

We currently sell and ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

3) Products & Information

  • We aim to describe products clearly: materials, sizes, features, box contents, and care.
  • We do not make medical, health, or performance guarantees.
  • Colors and measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing or display settings; any such variation will be minor and not intended to mislead.

4) Prices, Taxes & Payments

  • All prices shown are in USD and include applicable taxes.
  • We may change prices or correct errors at any time. If a price error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund.
  • Payment is collected at checkout through our secure payment partners; we do not store full card numbers.

5) Orders & Cancellations

  • We may refuse or cancel an order (for example: suspected fraud, out-of-stock, incorrect pricing/address). If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • If you request a cancellation, we’ll try to help if the order hasn’t entered processing/shipping. After dispatch, please use the return process.

6) Shipping & Delivery (Summary)

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Transit time: typically 10–15 days after dispatch.
  • Shipping fee (USA): flat $4.99 per order.

7) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (Summary)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Exchanges: not accepted.
  • Return shipping:
  • If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged/defective (verified): we cover the return.
  • If you selected the wrong size/color/gender or changed your mind: you cover return shipping (we can provide a prepaid label and deduct $4.99 from your refund).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags/packaging.

8) Accuracy of Account & Address Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and address information. Orders shipped to an incorrect/incomplete address may be delayed or returned by the carrier; reship fees may apply.

9) Acceptable Use

Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to breach security, harvest data, or interfere with site operations. We may suspend access for misuse.

10) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of the site or content without written permission.

11) User Reviews & Content

If you submit reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and share that content in connection with our store and marketing. Content must be lawful, accurate, and not infringe others’ rights.
