Refund policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most countries worldwide.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Returned with the order number and the same email used during purchase.
  • Shipped back from the customer’s delivery country (we currently accept returns globally unless otherwise noted on the product page).

Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout or on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size, color, or variant, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Who Pays the Return Shipping?

  • If we make a mistake (wrong item, color, or size sent, or the item arrives damaged/defective):
    We’ll provide a free return label after verification.
  • If the customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size/color:
    The customer covers the return shipping cost.
    We can issue a prepaid return label and deduct a fixed fee of €4.99 / US$4.99 / AU$4.99 (based on your region) from the refund, or you can use your own trackable courier.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@esdeepee.com with your order number, item(s), reason, and photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective).
  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable).
  3. Please ship the item within 7 days of receiving approval using a trackable method.

Condition Review

All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
Items with visible wear, washing, stains, odors, or missing tags/parts may be ineligible for a refund.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: typically 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Your bank, card provider, or payment service may take additional time to reflect the refund.
  • If a return-label fee applies, it will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if needed.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale.
  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable items (if any).

Wrong or Incomplete Address / Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed, we can reship after verifying your address.
Reship costs may apply.
If you prefer a refund instead, shipping fees are non-refundable and any applicable label cost will be deducted.

Order Cancellations

We can attempt to cancel your order if it has not yet entered processing or shipping.
Once shipped, please follow the standard return process.
